Adam Gilchrist Biography :
Adam Craig Gilchrist is a famous Australian cricketer of the cricket world. He was an international cricketer and former good batsman of Australian cricket Team. He was born on 14th November 1971 in Bellingen, New South Wales.
His nickname is Gilly or Church. He is an aggressive left handed batsman and he is considered to be one of the best wicket keeper in this cricket world.
Malcolm Knox, formerly the cricket writer of the Sydney Morning Herald has written Gilchrist’s autobiography ‘True Colors’. Gilchrist married to his high school sweetheart Melinda and they have two sons, Harrison and Archie and a daughter Annie Jean.
From an early age he showed precious talent in cricket batting. At the age of 13th He won the Brian Taber Shield in cricket which was played for school. Adam created good score runs and then he has played a significant part in the role of an opening batsman in One Day Internationals. Gilchrist retired from international cricket in March 2008.
