Saeed Anwar is a former cricketer and opening batsman of the Pakistani cricket team. He was born on 6th September, 1968 in Karachi, Pakistan. He was an aggressive left handed batsman and slow left arm bowler. He was a hostile batsman who made one hundred ninety four runs against India. It was the excellent highest score by any batsman in the world, and He was first Pakistani batsman to score a century in India in a one day international match.
Anwar was a leading highest scorer of Pakistan. He awarded by Wisden (The Bible of Cricket) as a Cricketer of The Year in the year 1997 for his best appearance in the International cricket level. He recently announced and took retirement from international cricket.
