Nilima Jogalekar

Nilima Jogalekar is a former Indian women’s cricketer. She was born on 1st July, 1. She has also known by her maiden name Nilima Barve. Jogalekar has played six test matches, scoring one hundred seventy two runs and in twenty one day internationals, scoring one hundred ninety three runs for India. She captained of Indian women’s cricket team in one test match that was against New Zealand.

Jogalekar played domestic cricket for Maharashtra women’s cricket team. She made her one day international opening against England’s women in women’s cricket world cup 1978 and made her test entrance against Australia’s women in year 1984. Jogalekar also played in women’s cricket world cup 1982 in twelve one day international matches.
