Gautam Gambhir
Gautam Gambhir is a Indian professional cricketer of National Cricket Team. He was born on 14th October 1981, in Delhi.
He is an assertive left handed opening batsman and right arm leg spin bowler. He is famously known as hiiting style batsman and hostile approach to the game.
He has played seventeen test matches with scored over one thousand runs. His best one day international scores one hundred thirteen runs.
Gambhir is well known from his nickname Gauti. His family background is related to the army. His mother name Seema Gambhir and sister name Ekta Gambhir.
He loves to his family very much. Recently, he visited to Mata Vaishno Devi Temple with his family. He won Arjuna award in the year 2009 that is a big honor for any of Indian person.
Gambhir made his first test entrance against Australia in year 2004 and made one day international beginning against Bangladesh in TVS cup year 2003 scoring seventy one runs in the Third match announcing man of the match.
Gambhir made his Twenty20 International debut against Scotland in year 2007. For his magnificent performance, he signed in Indian Premier League for the team Delhi Daredevils in year 2008.
