Diana Fram Edulji is a former professional cricketer of Indian women’s cricket team, who represented India on International level.
She was born on 26th January, 1956 in Mumbai, India. She was a right handed bats woman and slow left arm orthodox bowler.
She was drawn to games at an early age. She then went on to play table tennis and basketball at the junior national level before going in cricket.
Edulji played for Railways and then for Indian national cricket team in the both test and one day international matches.
She quickly got success in bowling and became good slow left arm orthodox bowler and along with good bats woman.
She captained of Indian women’s cricket team. She has played twenty test matches and thirty four one day international matches for India.
Edulji made her test debut for India’s women team against the West Indies women team in the year 1976 and one day international debut against the England’s women team in year 1978.
She had taken over sixty wickets during her cricket career and her best bowling figure taking six wickets in just sixty four runs.
Chanderkanta Kaul is an ex cricketer of Indian women’s cricket team. She was born on 21st January, 1971 in Jalandhar, Punjab.
She has played many cricket matches for India during his cricket career in both of the test matches and one day international matches.
She also captained of Women’s cricket team in one test match and in four one day international matches.
Kaul is an aggressive right handed middle order bats woman who played for Indian Railways in women’s domestic league and also in England’s women domestic league. She is an outstanding bats woman and good fielder also.
Anjum Chopra is a cricket player and member of the Indian women’s cricket team. She was born on 20th May, 1977 in New Delhi.
She is a left handed bats woman. Her highest score is eighty runs in test match and hundred runs in one day international match.She is occasionally bowling as a right arm medium fast.
Chopra made her one day international entrance against New Zealand women team in year 1995 and few months later in a same year her test entrance was against England women team.

Mithali Raj is a former cricketer and captain of Indian women’s cricket team. She was born on 3rd December, 1982 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
She is a right handed bats woman and right arm leg spin bowler. She has played eight test matches and one hundred fifty one day international matches.
She played also six twenty20 matches during her cricket career.
Mithali made her one day international debut for India Women against England Women in year 1999 where she made one hundred fourteen runs without getting out.
She made her test debut against this team England in year 2002. Her first twenty20 competition beginning also against this team in year 2006.
Mithali is a middle order bats woman who made a second record of the highest score in women’s test cricket world.
She became famous for her big score of two hundred fourteen in test cricket that was against England. She is a India’s most able woman cricketer who made or got her career great success in cricket.
Mamatha Maben is an Indian professional cricketer. She was born on 15th November, 1970 in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
She is a right handed bats woman and right arm medium pace bowler in women’s cricket team of India. She has played four test matches and forty one day international matches for India.
Maben is an aggressive middle order bats woman. She made her test entrance that was against England’s women in year 2002 and made her one day international beginning against West Indies women in year 1993.
Maben last test was against New Zealand women in the year 2003 and last one day international was against Australia women’s cricket team in year 2004.
Maben has played women’s cricket in England in year 1993. She is an ultimate player of Indian women’s cricket team.
She wounded a intellectual setback in the year 2000, when she disjointed her shoulder on an opening day of the CricInfo Rani Jhansi Trophy, women’s cricket’s premier domestic competition.
She decided to quit the game but in year 2002, she has come back.

Indian women team played its first test match against West Indies in the year 1976-77. The six match series was drawn. Indian team had won all three edition of Asia cup and have beaten Australia and England in their own backyard. India had never won the world cup though but they remain runners up in the 2005 edition.
The record set by Indian team players in the women’s arena is very pleasing. Mithali Raj, captain of Indian team holds the world record of scoring highest number of runs in an innings, 214. She scored against England. Jaya sharma holds the record of scoring highest run in One Day for India, 138 not out which she scored against Pakistan. Indian team hopes to do well in the upcoming series fallowing their good run f form with the bat and ball.
